Is WaveTrackR's New CV Search the Most Flexible on the Market?

Marta Kunysz reacts to a product demo from Dave Jenkins showcasing enhancements to WaveTrackR's CV Search. Rather than focusing on AI claims, the demo highlights practical improvements designed to make recruiters' day-to-day work easier, including flexible Boolean search, smart job title expansion, keyword highlighting and colour coding, and CV Watchdogs for fresh candidate alerts.

The discussion emphasises solving real recruiter problems through thoughtful usability improvements rather than overhyped technology. The episode explores how incremental product enhancements can meaningfully impact productivity whilst balancing AI-powered automation with human decision-making, highlighting why practical innovations often deliver more value than revolutionary promises.
