Our story
Built by a recruiter, for recruitment
The RecTalk Podcast went live in March 2023. Its founder and host, Nitin Sharma, is a former recruitment agency owner who started it with a simple idea: the recruitment industry deserves honest conversations. Not scripted panels or sales pitches, but unbiased, unfiltered, unscripted conversations with the people doing the work.
Since then, RecTalk has become the biggest podcast and media company in the recruitment industry. It reaches 365K+ subscribers on YouTube, with audiences in the UK, USA, Australia, EU, Middle East and India, and has published 280+ episodes of the RecTalk Podcast.
Every episode is filmed in our studio in Coventry, where industry experts, tech vendors and agency leaders share the raw, honest realities of building and scaling recruitment businesses, from marketing and sales to strategy and finance. We're also the official media partner of some of the industry's biggest events, and we produce shows, series and content for the businesses that serve recruitment.
The mission hasn't changed: help recruitment agency owners, leaders and recruiters learn from each other, and tell the stories of the people shaping the industry.
